@  Rutherford : (24 May 2013 - 23:43) I respect your point of view but disagree.
@  Rutherford : (24 May 2013 - 23:39) haha. Just a little humor, Bruce.
@  Rutherford : (24 May 2013 - 23:39) I'll take that as meaning you'll pass on a Jodi burger?
@  bruce : (24 May 2013 - 12:52) If they gave that dude who wiped out the mayor of San
Francisco and the gay councilman five years for those offenses, she should not serve a day more. She's no serial killer or maniacal mass murderer, after all!
@  bruce : (24 May 2013 - 12:47) So they want to teach Jodi it's wrong to kill, and how do they do that? By killing her? Totally preposterous, the idea of killing young women, or anyone for that matter, in a so-called enlightened society, and that they're even thinking about it at her expense is pure crap!
@  Rutherford : (24 May 2013 - 04:59) Wings take the 3 games to 1 advantage over the Blackhawks. Sorry, Jonny. B's let one slip away in OT but keep a 3-1 advantage over the Rangers. DET and BOS are both going to their respective conference finals. Bank on it.
@  Rutherford : (24 May 2013 - 04:02) .+
@  Rutherford : (24 May 2013 - 03:53) in your younger days, ofc. haha. Happy Memorial Day to you and the family, Bob.
@  Rutherford : (24 May 2013 - 03:52) Bob: Patties are available post electrocution. lol. I know, I know but you didn't get it the first time. Sometimes, I wonder if you, Bruce, and God Bless our departed J.R... would have been cool enough to hang out with me.
@  bobo : (24 May 2013 - 03:33) The Yankees are sports. All the rest by comparison are crap!
@  bobo : (24 May 2013 - 03:28) The Yankees are in first place in the great AL East with smoke and mirrors. 5 of their starters have been out all season with injuries, Granderson just rejoined the team. The great 43 year old Mariano Rivera is leading the league in saves!
@  bobo : (24 May 2013 - 03:07) We know what Jodi did. Amanda, no evidence at all!
@  bobo : (24 May 2013 - 03:06) I'd love a Jodi burger, R! Every day, actually. I'll add the "special sauce" to her burger!!!
@  Rutherford : (23 May 2013 - 22:02) This is definitely one of the best times of the year. Non NFL times, that is. ( humor ) Now, all we need is for all 4 major sports to live up to the standards brought to light by our very own, Bobo... hahaha. And we'll be taking one step towards a better nation.
@  mik2713 : (23 May 2013 - 05:34) game3 en nueva york. 2-1 Bs. both goals scored w 4th line on the ice. Look out gentle Penguins. U r F'd. Go Redwings, take out the #1 seed :)
@  Rutherford : (23 May 2013 - 01:57) There are 5 " recent " champions in the NHL elite 8. haha. Kind of Formula One-ish.
@  Rutherford : (23 May 2013 - 01:51) @Mike Penguins and Senators duking it out. Looks like the B's are doing ok.
@  Rutherford : (22 May 2013 - 23:44) Agreed
@  Vidhyut Karg... : (22 May 2013 - 23:17) was just reading about what happened in London. horrible :(
@  Vidhyut Karg... : (22 May 2013 - 23:16) too much crime n violence in the world :/

It's been a long time that I haven't laid eyes on this site -- my favourite forum!

And, what a pleasant surprise : Markus did a great (or rather, shall I call it "beautiful") job. I love it all! I can't remember if this format was what you had way back at my last log-in.

It has taken me a long time to come back ..... I got sick in April. Not eating well due to some tummy troubles.

Finally, on 12th May (2012), I got picked up by the Ambulance and was confined in the hospital for 3.5 weeks.

I had 4 operations (2 major under anesthesia) and 2 minor.

Oooops, sorry .... is this story getting unpleasant? Sorry.

Earlier I didn't wish to speak about this episode in my life, but I can now ..... as I'm much better. I thank the Lord! Many co-Christians are praying for me.

On 1 June, I was glad to be home, although I didn't regret to be at the hospital when I badly needed the place and the able fantastic medical and support staff.

That's my story. I hope you are doing well. How have you been?

Poor Elm what a nightmare you're been through, while I missed you on this forum I always think you're busy writing another book or fixing problems within your family or planning another wedding, birth etc., so I certainly have great empathy for what you've been through. I'll send you a specialy message and update you on my family as well. God Bless Elm, it's nice to see you back!

Hi Lois!

Thank you for your caring, my dear Lois. Not to worry. I'm much better now. Yesterday (Sunday), Denis & I went to see Australian Ballet "Romeo & Juliet" that took about 2 hours and a half, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. A few days ago, we went to see Western Australian Ballet's Pinocchio for 2 hours. I've also been with the family on a couple of special occasions.

Yes, I look forward to your family-update, Lois!

God bless you and the family!
Lots of love

Thank you very much, Markus, for your thoughtful reply.

I'm very glad you're one of my Facebook-friends, but I regret I'm not able to look into so many Facebook-sites of my dear friends.

Nevertheless, I'm happy you do come here; your replies are very comforting, specifically your reply above to my message.
